An Iraqi suicide bomber, most likely a Baath party loyalist, drove a truck laden with explosives into the headquarters of the United Nations in Baghdad, killing 20 people including the U cialis soft.N .'s head envoy in Iraq. The U.N. was performing a humanitarian mission in Iraq at the time .
